Hi,

I’m not a “review” person, but when I read the existing reviews, I felt like doing this.

I used this product for 2 months and I must tell you that it really WORKS!

I’m hispanic-black woman (dominican) with relaxed fine hair and my hair grows normally, but only neck-chin lenght, no further than that. With this product I achieved a maximum growth rate and now my hair is leaving behind the accustomed lenght.

I bought again the product to see how longer it can grows!!!

I’ve been completely sincere with you…I’m not a staffer of this product company, I’m a real and very happy user!!!

Hope this comment will be helpful for other women. I have only one last thing to say: Try it!!!! It worked for me…

a few years ago i cut my hair to above my shoulders. that was fine for a short while but then it got to that stage where you can’t put it in a ponytail and it gets in the way. i was skeptical at first but i used these pills and they really did work fast. in about three months, my hair was twice as long. i am a caucasian woman in my early 20′s with straight hair. i’ve never tried the shampoo or conditioner in this line, but the pills worked great. plus, they have vitamins in them that are benefitial for other things too.

i recommend it. if you’re concerned about the money back thing, i’d call to order and ask them what the details are about that.

I ordered this product last year and it made my hair grow like crazy. I am a black woman and my hair is very thick. This product made me go back to the salon 3 weeks after getting a relaxer to get the new growth touched up. It also made my nails grow like crazy. I had to cut them every three days. Well I didn’t order anymore and I noticed immediately that my hair didn’t grow as fast. I tried another less expensive product that made my hair grow but not as fast. I am considering joinig their membership club on their website that gives you a reduced price and free shipping if you sign up for a 6 or 12-month commitment.

Perfect image solutions 15% minoxidil review, September 19, 2011

I used the 15% minoxidil from Perfect Image Solutions for a long time, even back to the days when they had the blue bottles. I can honestly say that I received much better results than from 5% minoxidil. The major complaint I have is that this product is sticky after it is dry, making it difficult to comb my hair. I switched to other brands for several months to see if the other brands are less sticky and try to save money as well.

I came back to try perfect image 15% minoxidil hoping that they have addressed the stickiness issue after changing its formulation. I have used this new formulation for two weeks, and have found that they are more or less the same as before and consistent with other brands. One thing that did change was the color of this product; it was a lot more yellow than before due to the addition of retinol.

My hair loss concern is that my temple peak on my left side has become obviously thin when compared to my right side. This has become more apparent over the past 5 or so years. I am a ‘black/African American’ male who has visited the same barber for the past 12 years at least once every two weeks and many times once per week. He knows my hair very well and probably better than I. After using one full bottle of this, I slightly noticed a positive change as my left temples spot/patch became a bit darker however my barber did not mention a change and I never mentioned Minoxidil to him. I went forward and purchased a 2nd bottle and I am now half-way complete with the 2nd when my barber says to me, “Hey, I think your hair is growing in this area… what is going on?” – lol. The Best Minoxidil Product Period, March 16, 2011

This is the best product out there by far. I was an individual who suffered from frontal hairline loss. I had minor hair loss and wanted something that worked. I heard previously that most minoxidil products only worked or were tested in certain areas excluding the frontal hairline. I was disappointed with my discovery until I came upon Amazon and read about this product. Due to the positive reviews I decided to try this product out. A month later I have had amazing results. I still can’t believe it. I have real hair growing back and I notice newer hairs are also coming in. I have thin, dry, curly hair so without this my hair is just a big fro. This stuff works wonders and makes your hair look smooth and a little shiny but still soft and touchable.

I hate GEL.. I dont get along with most hair products. This is the best stuff ever! And.. then AXE discontinues it. Shaggy look gives you the ability to shape your hair and not look like you dipped your head in Gel.

Good product with cheap price, July 21, 2010

I’m used to salon type stuff and this stuff is 1/3 the price. Works good and smells great. I find you don’t have to use too much of it. The best part is that it doesn’t leave you’re hair looking like a greasy seal. I use this and top off my hair with some ice spiker to get some hard parts to stay.

Don’t be fooled by the gimmicky commericals,etc. as this is a big name Unilever branded product.

the only way of getting hollywood hair, August 17, 2007

I have been using kerastase by l’oreal since the late 1990s, but have yet to find it in a store in the united states. thus, I was really surprised (but happy!) to find that amazon carries it, as it is is not generally marketed on the american side of the atlantic. thank you amazon!

the entire kerastase series is possibly the best haircare series that has ever been created. I have long, thick wavy hair which tends to get heavy, and thus, I must be careful not to over-condition. yet, long hair needs extra moisture or it will go brittle. kerastase is certainly the only product I have ever encountered that makes my locks shine like those of a hollywood star, without making my long hair appear heavy and flat.

I would give this product six stars if it were possible. it is that good.

I`m a HUGE fan of Kerastase products. I basically swear by them. But this is not one of their better products. I tried it for something different, but find it to be no more inspiring than most other mid-to-high-end conditioners. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 6.8. It`s “ok”, but I usually give Kerastase products raving 10`s.

Love it, November 2, 2010

I have transitioned from a chemical relaxer to virgin hair I like the idea of no chemicals going into my scalp. I work in the business world so I have to be cautious on how I do my hair. So I go to a dominican shop for a wash and set then blowout. The hairdresser tells me about keratin to soften my curl without a relaxer I ask how much it cost and she says the treatment cost 100 dollars (Whew). So I go home and online to see if I can get a organic product that would do the same thing. I ran across Alterna Hemp with Organics Straightening Balm. The next week I take it to the dominican shop she does a wash and set once we took the rollers set out we added the Alterna to my dry hair before she blew it out. Oh my god my hair was straight as usual with a blow out but the surprising thing is my hair has not puffed up and its been a week. Straightens without weighing down, reduces friz, smells good. Also helps reduce friz for wavy hair when applied to wet hair without straightening/styling and allowing it to air-dry.

Good and much cheaper than Phyto Defrissant, January 29, 2007

I have always liked the Phyto straightening balm but have felt it is overpriced for what it is. I tried this Alterna product and am switching to it. It works just as well for me on reducing frizziness and generally smoothing my hair, and costs less.

Minty fresh and sulfate free – 100% Vegan too, March 3, 2010

I specifically love this shampoo for daily applications. It has a peppermint smell, lathers well and is “lauryl sulfate free”. I have medium length hair and it comes clean, plus this shampoo is mainly for moisture so it works well for people living in low humidity climates like Phoenix or Tucson, AZ. Abba promotes it as DEA free and 100% vegan as well. It does, however, have wheat amino acids and starch in it, so I would not recommend it to people that have an acute sensitivity to gluten (Celiacs Disease) – the wheat product may affect your scalp giving you itchy scalp.

i’m on a mission to regrow my below the shoulder, type 3b/c curly hair another 3-4 inches. i decided to use as natural as possible, eco-friendly products…especially no-sulfates! i was using loreal’s sulfate-free shampoo but it has so many strange ingredients that it made me a little uncomfortable. because i’d previously used abba scentsations conditioner i decided to try the shampoo. long story short… pure moisture shampoo kept my dry ends soft BEFORE i conditioned. so it’s a keeper for me!

Excellent Shampoo!, June 8, 2010

Hi,

I’ve tried a lot of shampoos (including all-naturals) in my day and while my hair may feel and smell good, I’ve found that 95% of them leave my scalp dry and itchy, even with conditioning. I came across this shampoo in a salon/ salon supply store and bought both the shampoo and conditioner and have found it to be the BEST shampoo I’ve ever used. With no sodium laurel/laureth sulfate, yucca, germanium, wild mint and 100% vegan, it give my hair great body a nice tingle to my scalp that prompted me to buy this online when I couldn’t find it in the store where I originally purchased it.Abba Pure Moisture Shampoo 8.45oz

Came out exactly as expected, August 29, 2010

A few months ago I bleached my dyed black hair to white and turned it all to mush. When I was sick of the white I tried to dye it back with a box dye and while my roots accepted the dye, the parts of my hair that had been so severely damaged by the bleach did not. So I had red roots and light pink hair. Not good. So after a lot of research I began dying my hair with henna (natural not compound) which worked beautifully. However it takes a really long time, 24 hours prep and 8 hours on my hair. So after a few months I decided to try boxed color again. This time I bought preference Lightest Auburn and not only did it turn out exactly like the color on the box, but it even dyed the damaged part and my gray hairs. It also blended in with the existing henna hair color beautifully. I love this product!

Great color!, February 21, 2011

I have used this hair color for years. It is a vibrant dark red, which I like, but I also use it to give my hair body, which it does. Although I still love it and use it, I believe that they have changed the formula through the years, because the color does not last as long as it used to, and it seems to me that it does not give quite as much body as it used to. That being said, it is still the best product I have found for my own needs, and I will continue to use it. Another plus is that I am allergic to many, many shampoos and hair products, but I have never had any allergic reactions or allergy problems with this product. I just hope that L’Oreal continues to make this product for many more years. I bought this color through Amazon, and as always, they were efficient and a joy to order from.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for in a Black hair color!, September 5, 2011

I have been using box color for years and my previous color (by another brand) was discontinued. This color has a purple wash when you rinse out your hair compared to most of the black colors that have a blue wash… This black hair color is so beautiful, rich and shiny! It covers my grey really well. If I had to make one suggestion, I wish it were a bit thicker… Otherwise, I Love it and couldn’t be happier with the Ultimate Black!

This product is so amazing! I have found that if I use one spritz on the bangs and 4-5 spritzes on the ends, my shoulder-length (or longer) hair comes alive. My hair will miraculously hold curls, the fly-away-ends get tamed, and my hair looks like the hair in the magazine ads they used to run for Breck Girls (okay, so I’m dating myself), smooth and glossy. I have fine hair and have been pulling it back and piling it on top of my hair for years because it was too thin and I would look like a tumbleweed in about 2 seconds in a Wyoming windstorm. Okay, so now it takes so much more abuse, bounces back, and when I brush it, I feel like a movie star. I’m even willing to let my hair down, now. I don’t think it gets a whole lot better than this for people with hair like mine. That said, it does get too heavy if you put on too much, so start out with less than what you think you’ll need and go from there. I highly recommend it.

Spray this on your damp hair before you blow dry and it will add a lot of body with no stiffness. I need a lot of control on my bangs and more flexibility on my longer hair and this does both. It also seems to be good for the condition of my hair.

It’s so awesome , July 7, 2010

This stuff made my hair so soft and so nice! My hair is normally frizzy, and poofy, unmanagable, but this stuff makes it wonderful! I love it! no greasy feeling that I’ve had with other products, like Smoothe Operator from Got2B and Frizz Ease. The smell is also amazing. Its a really wonderful product!

Great for curls and frizzy hair, June 18, 2010

I have coarse curly color-treated hair that tends to be dry. This is the first product that I can use every day or every other day with absolute amazing results. Curls are held together and no frizzy fly aways. I love this product and take it with me on travel too.
