I just bought this Superstraight Serum about 2 weeks ago, but I had to write and say it is wonderful!! I didn’t order my Super Straight through Amazon, but their price is a good one. I get it for a deal from my stylist and all I can say is I couldn’t go another day without this stuff. My hair is fine but I have a ton of it and it's cut in a chin-length bob. I blow out straight every other day. I've tried literally hundreds of different products that claimed to get rid of frizz and help straighten. (my hair has a strong wave) They've all either been incredibly greasy, too heavy on the hair or just plain didn't work. But this does everything it claims. Using it my hair is smooth and incredibly shiny and my drying time is down a good 5-7 minutes. I've also noticed a marked difference in how much longer my color lasts. Reds are notorious for fading horribly and yet using Pureology products, I'm 5 weeks in and just as red as the day I walked out of the salon last. Truly worth every penny. I must add, their products are highly concentrated so you use very little. I bought this on my stylist’s recommendation and couldn’t be happier. My hair is fine but I have a ton of it and it’s cut in a chin-length bob. I blow out straight every other day. I’ve tried literally hundreds of different products that claimed to get rid of frizz and help straighten. (my hair has a strong wave) They’ve all either been incredibly greasy, too heavy on the hair or just plain didn’t work. But this does everything it claims. Using it my hair is smooth and incredibly shiny and my drying time is down a good 5-7 minutes. I’ve also noticed a marked difference in how much longer my color lasts. Reds are notorious for fading horribly and yet using Pureology products, I’m 5 weeks in and just as red as the day I walked out of the salon last. Truly worth every penny. I must add, their products are highly concentrated so you use very little. Definitely worth my money!

And, as we all have, I've tried them all. My hair is long, thin, but wavy and a bit frizzy. So, I have to use a tiny bit of smoothing serum after I put in the Pureology to prevent tangles. <br/><br/>My recipe for thick and smooth hair: Pureology volume shampoo (no sulfates); a thick, rich conditioner (Aussie 5 Minute Miracle is good or the conditioner from your hair color); towel dry and apply a quarter-size (or less for shorter hair) amount of Pureology to your hand and fingers and apply thoroughly, root to tip. Before combing out, apply a small amount of Bio-Silk to hand and fingers then do root to tip again. (Remember BS needs to be really shaken and never buy big bottles as it over-thickens over time and gets greasy.) Use large tooth comb starting at ends. Be gentle! Blow dry and style as normal. If you have the time....I use a large ceramic curling iron and set each piece in large rollers for 10 minutes - easier than sectioning, gives more fullness, and the smoothness lasts! Ladies (and the guys), if you have thin hair, Pureology is by far the best thickener around. And, as we all have, I’ve tried them all. My hair is long, thin, but wavy and a bit frizzy. So, I have to use a tiny bit of smoothing serum after I put in the Pureology to prevent tangles.

My recipe for thick and smooth hair: Pureology volume shampoo (no sulfates); a thick, rich conditioner (Aussie 5 Minute Miracle is good or the conditioner from your hair color); towel dry and apply a quarter-size (or less for shorter hair) amount of Pureology to your hand and fingers and apply thoroughly, root to tip. Before combing out, apply a small amount of Bio-Silk to hand and fingers then do root to tip again. (Remember BS needs to be really shaken and never buy big bottles as it over-thickens over time and gets greasy.) Use large tooth comb starting at ends. Be gentle! Blow dry and style as normal. If you have the time….I use a large ceramic curling iron and set each piece in large rollers for 10 minutes – easier than sectioning, gives more fullness, and the smoothness lasts! I've been using this product for about 5 years. It's cheaper to buy it online vs. my salon. Fortunately, the odor doesn't stay on your hair. On the plus side, it really protects my processed hair. My highlights don't fade, it keeps hard water deposits from gunking it up, and detangles really well. Use just a very tiny bit rubbed into your hands, let set a couple minutes & rinse. Yep, smells kind of like fuel in the bottle. I’ve been using this product for about 5 years. It’s cheaper to buy it online vs. my salon. Fortunately, the odor doesn’t stay on your hair. On the plus side, it really protects my processed hair. My highlights don’t fade, it keeps hard water deposits from gunking it up, and detangles really well. Use just a very tiny bit rubbed into your hands, let set a couple minutes & rinse. Love it!!

I like this conditioner for a light daily product. It doesn’t weigh my hair down, doesn’t mess with the color and my ultra dry locks are again feeling normal. The hydrating shampoo is truly awesome. Wow! I’ve only recently begun making the switch to cruelty-free products and this is my favorite find so far. I use both the shampoo & conditioner, and the combination definitely does what it’s supposed to.

My hair is dyed red, which is the fastest-fading color, so my hairdresser always tells me not to wash my hair too much. But using Pureology, I get to sneak in another shampoo every week. ;)

Pureology Volume also makes my hair very bouncy and brings out my natural wave without any frizz.

I also love its aromatherapy properties– smells like rose petals, yummy!
