I have long, naturally coarse hair and an oily scalp and I have tried for years to find a shampoo that wasn’t irritating and a conditioner that didn’t make my hair look dull. I can’t say I was blown away by how wonderful and flaxen my hair was after using Extreme Hair because it didn’t do much to soften it, however it worked wonders for my irritated scalp. I used to get a pinkish, itchy rash along the hairline at my neck and forehead that drove me CRAZY, but I saw a noticeable difference after using NaturOli. My scalp felt very clean, and looked white and healthy. I bought a trial size and got about 4 uses out of it and in that short amount of time it completely calmed my scalp. I was really skeptical of their claim that you ‘don’t need conditioner’ but, to my surprise, it’s true. This shampoo is the best I have ever tried. It leaves my hair soft and shiny, with not itchy scalp. I’ve been through every natural shampoo out there, and this is the best. Even my daughter, who has scoffed at my other shampoos, loves this.

This shampoo really made a difference, June 30, 2011

I have poker straight, medium brown untreated hair. It is on the oily side. I usually go for volumizing shampoos, to give my hair fullness. I have only used this shampoo once. All I can say is, “WOW”. It was like I had a different head of hair. No kidding. It looked like I colored it. It is so shiny, & full & just beautiful. I cannot use scented products, so I settle for what I can get my hands on. I can’t imagine ever wanting to use anything else now.

it took about a week of use before i noticed a difference. i have very fine, flat, straight hair and regular shampoos and conditioners seemed to always weigh it down, even ones specifically for volume. after about a week of using this product i did notice some more body to my hair. i find that while i am able to comb while wet, i still use a light weight leave-in conditioner. overall i am happy and will purchase again.

*****update**** i am now three-quarters finished with the bottle and i no longer need the additional leave-in spray conditioner. my hair combs easily when wet after the shampoo. my hair feels and looks healthier. i am purchasing another bottle today.

Great Low Toxicity Shampoo, April 8, 2011

It scores a 1 (low hazard) on the Environmental Working Group’s cosmetic safety database. It is the only one rated this low that actually rinses out of my hair. All the other brands I’ve tried leave my hair looking and feeling greasy. My hair is not chemically treated, but is thick and wavy. This shampoo also lasts a while for the price, compared to other low toxicity shampoos. I do have to use a conditioner after use. But it is much easier to find low toxicity conditioners that work. A little organic pure cocoa butter, shea butter or coconut oil works too. I just purchased my second bottle. My husband loves it as well.

the best shampoo out there.., May 12, 2011

everyone needs to know that this shampoo really works..i am even going to dare and compare it to john masters, since that is what i was using before giving this a try..this makes my hair softer and shinier..i also love that it is practically scent-free..i am sure adding all-natural fragrance oil wouldnt change its effectiveness..i have tried so many different types of shampoo in the past..including shampoo bars..but when it comes to healthy alternatives in this category, this is by far the best..

I now swear by the Organic Root Stimulator Line. My relaxed hair has improved tremendously because of it. I especially love this shampoo because it has a rich, creamy lather and leaves my hair great-smelling and healthy. I highly recommend it.

I had decided to try the olive oil perm kit 2 weeks ago for the first time and when I discovered this wonderful olive oil shampoo that comes in the kit, oh my god never knew this stuff was that good it is so moisturizing has a real nice slip from any other shampoo I have tried.

Good Stuff, July 10, 2011

I recently started using this product about a week ago. I have used the Olive Oil conditioning cream which works wonders on the ends of your hair but was constantly having to add it for constant moisture on the scalp. This one, though not heavy at all, provides lasting moisture once applied to the scalp and brushed through. No more popping and breaking of new growth when combing through my hair. I love it. My curls last and everything. No weighted down feeling but lasting moisture which really helped the manageability of my hair. I have relaxed, colored hair which is currently not in the best condition. I will continue to use this as I believe it will also aid in the growth of my hair and the managing of my new growth in between relaxers. Seems that this would be really good for anyone trying to transition from relaxed to natural. I’m seriously thinking about it.

As an avid fan of Organic Root Stimulator’s products, this is PERFECT for my natural hair! I’ve been using this for a month and I love how it lightly moisturizes my hair! It doesn’t give a “greasy” or “heavy” feeling and the smell is very pleasant. I use this to moisturize my hair first, then seal the cream in with pure castor oil. They both provide a great combination and both work wonders for my hair.

Great Product, July 5, 2011

I have been using this off and on for over five years and it works wonders. I have recently started wearing my hair natural after 20+ years of relaxing. This is the only product that I could put in my hair to detangle it. I put this in my hair,massage it into my scalp for 5 minutes and comb through. Not one snap,crackle,or pop!I have thick coarse hair and this makes my hair soft and manageable.When I use this product I don’t have to constantly comb my hair and when I do,the comb glides through. Love this Stuff!!

Having been a long time high end cosmetics junky, I decided to look for pure products and skip the price tags & chemicals. I started using strictly coconut oil, which I love. I then found out about Argan oil and decided to add it to my skincare for my face, hair & nails. I must say I am very happy with this. It leaves my skin incredibly soft and certainly not greasy like the coconut oil. I’m thrilled to be “discovering” this natural product which I think makes more sense than buying products with this as simply an ingredient mixed with chemicals. The fact that this supports essentially a cottage industry run by women is even better. I’m also very happy with this distributor – very quick service and responsive. I will be purchasing this again.

I originally reviewed this product in a kind of negative light. I wanted to clear that up. The product in and of itself is wonderful and makes my skin really soft and silky. I had originally ordered it for my hair, didn’t THINK about the fact that it’s an oil and would make my hair oily, doi! So, I use it on my skin and it’s fabo! The quality is great, esp. since it’s organic. The company was wonderful in their service, esp. since they read the original feedback and said I could return it to them, even at this late date…and I pruchased it months ago!! How good is that?

I totally recommend this product for anyone who wants a natural mosturizer for thier skin. It’s great and there is really no scent, which is great too. the company is awesome as well for actually READING the feedback and responding to it.

5 stars for that service and the product.

Not consistent quality…sent rancid/ bad product, February 24, 2011

Ordered this product previously and was very happy with product(terrific quality oil) and (fast)service. However, the past two times that I’ve ordered have gotten a smelly (maybe spoiled) product. The oil even stung when I applied. Amazon did refund the money and I ordered it again thinking this was just a bad batch. The same thing happened again!…bad smelling/ spoilt ..am wary of purchasing due to inconsistent quality. But love argan oil; will look elsewhere to purchase.

Love this oil, November 28, 2010

I love using this oil on my face and neck. I have a very strong sense of smell and I can’t smell anything, which I like, however, I am not wasting a bit of this precious oil on my hair. I just can’t afford to. I hope the prices become more reasonable as the item gains popularity and if that happens, I hope they start making 8 or 10 oz sizes. This is truly great stuff. I have used emu oil and squalane and they are both good, but not as good as this argan oil.

I Don’t Use Any Other Product for My Hair Removal!, December 5, 2004

Before trying this product, I was using another famous brand (Nads) and was very happy about it. One day I ordered this Moom Hair Removal because I needed to order some more to get “free shipping” ordering online. I think I just liked the name and color, and I was just curious also.

Obviously, there are differences between this and another product. This one is less sticky and easier to clean up after. Especially when the wax was on the skin, wiping off was harder with the other product. Also, when I wash the wax off the cotton sheet that is used for hair removal, the wax comes off easier than the other products. Another important difference is that removing hair with this product is less painful than using the other product.

Since then I never look back. I don’t expect that there is any better product on this planet for hair removal with this price.

Sweet and Easy!, October 27, 2004

All the good things written about this product were true for me. I have some tough facial fur and was introduced to waxing quite late in life. When your close-up vision is going you don’t want to be spreading heavy wax around your eyes! Wax also used to leave my skin red and irritated for hours, even when done by a professional.

I thought this product might be too messy, and not strong enough for me, but was wrong on both counts. The instructions say not to warm it for the face, but you can still spread it fairly thin. It’s painless and gets ALL the hair. I simply rinse the cloth strips and the applicators out in the sink after rinsing my skin.

Moom does not irritate my skin at all. In fact it leaves my face silky smooth and very soft, and I’m already finding the grow-back time to be lengthening. You really can’t make a mistake with this product. At least not one that a little warm water can’t take care of!

I am a professional hairdresser. I know how much nicer waxing is than shaving…but wax is so messy. Especially if you aren’t at a salon and don’t have all the same tools at home.

I also have a microwave wax kit and it is no where near as awesome as this! Yes, waxing gets the job done but a microwave kit means reheating over and over, uneven application, and messy sticky countertops and legs. With MOOM I have none of that!

The temperature of MOOM stays consistent for much longer than microwave wax, and glides on very thinly. I did both of my legs and there is still so much product in the jar I can probably do them 20 more times! Amazing.

It really gets all the little hairs just like waxing. Except when I was done I wiped off the counters and my legs and was good to go. No residue!!! I washed the strips and laid them flat to dry.
