I did use less then suggested for my hair which is fine and not that thick.
I do color my hair and i noticed it was always dry no matter what i used my ends were always dry! I saw a diffrence after the first use. The product is pricey compared to what you get in the store but after wasting money on numerous products to find the one that works you might want to try this product!

I have used all the cleansing conditioners and liked them all. I prefer fig over the sweeter types, such as lavender and sweet almond. It’s probably just the slightly medicinal smell more than the effects on my hair. However, being budget-minded, I just can’t justify using this product every time I wash my hair, especially according to the directions. Twenty squirts a day and you run out of the stuff fairly quickly. I still use it but not as a daily shampoo. Instead, I use TRESemme healthy volume shampoo, skip the conditioner, and use a dollop of this product as a leave-in conditioner. It’s just too expensive.

This is one of the best hair products I have tried. I have coarse, frizzy dry hair. After using wen for two months my coarse textured hair is now soft, silky, and looks and feels healthy. If you are thinking about trying Wen, I think you should go for it.

After using this product, my hair has been a lot easier to manage. I love running my fingers through any chance I get. I’ve shared it with my duaghter who has curly hair and it’s done away with any tangles. Our hair is so soft and silky!

This is the first tea tree oil hair product I have used that actually seems to have a medicinal quality for a challenged scalp. Perhaps there is some synergy with some of the other ingredients, but I can actually feel it working on my scalp.

Better yet, this is the first cleanser/shampoo I have used that TRULY does not strip my color. Sure, a lot of products make that claim, and usually falsely so so far as I am concerned. Even when I used other sulfate-free shampoos I still lost color. Not so with Wenn.

Of course, this product is pricey. When your hair is as long and thick as mine is, is it cost-effective to use something this expensive from root to tip? My approach is to use it just on my scalp, which is where I need the medicinal benefit anyway. On a whim I tried using a bargain-brand conditioner on the rest of my hair and it turned out nearly as well as it did when I tried using nothing but Wenn.

I should add that my hair is quite dry in the first place, which may help explain how my ends end up clean and non-greasy despite using conditioner only. As I am showering, some of the Wenn from my scalp does seem to work its way down, so perhaps I am getting some fringe benefit from the Wenn on the rest of my hair.

I am glad I tried this “half and half” approach, because when you have as much hair as I do it really would be an expensive proposition to use Wenn only.

WEN Shampoo is excellent, after using it for a couple weeks I noticed the difference in my hair. The best thing is you do not need any other products, because of the no lather you can use this as a leave in conditioner or for styling, it is a all in one. My hair dresser can not believe how healthy my hair is. Its thicker, I have no split ends and the shine is unbelivable. I have now been using this shampoo for over a year and I love it more and more everyday. I have told a few people about this who have bought it and they are as happy as I am.

My sister had been using WEN Fig for several months and I saw first hand the change in the health and shine of her thick, coarse, curly hair. I decided to give WEN a try – I LOVE IT!! My hair feels so much softer and even my gray hair seems to behave better. I quit using hair styling mousse and use the WEN styling cream and love it too!! If you decided to give WEN a chance, make sure that you use plenty of water – rinse, rinse, rinse. ENJOY!!

I purchased these products many months ago from television, but not the infomercial but from the most popular of the home shopping networks since I knew I could return it for any reason and I could get auto-delivery, which made it about $50 less expensive than if I had ordered it from the regular infomercials. Also can change or delay when I wish or need to with no problems and not just cancel it.
Being a know it all like many of you are, I didn’t read or follow the instructions really well before using the first time and so was only partially pleased with my results. Next I read AND followed them to the T – boy what a difference! I have baby hair, fine, thin, no body and extremely blond (which many of you may know that by the time you are in your 50s if you have natural blonde hair, it is no longer shiny at all). Using these products correctly from the rinsing it for 2 full minutes, the correct amount of product and doing it just according to the directions all the way down to putting in the extra in the ponytail area before getting out of the shower and then working it up to the roots and into the area with fingertips, plus adding the other products with hair soaking wet, I sometimes let it dry naturally which is something I never could do using shampoo. My husband was blown away which is saying something since we’ve been together about 40 years and he’s seen my hair in many, many conditions in that time! It was so full, shiny, shiny, shiny and with beautiful lose curls that you see on the celebrities that have had their hair styled, but this was with no styling at all. I had been having to wash my hair every day due to just the way it was. Now I can go 3 days without having to wash it if I don’t want to and take Chaz’s advice about mixing the two products with water in a spray bottle and spritzing my hair between cleansing. My hubby starting using it also and he has totally different hair than I do, but it did amazing on his hair also. We are both so happy with the products, but I can’t emphasize enough that you have to follow the directions exactly as they are written. It will appear dirty, which I noticed several folks complained of, if you do not use enough product. Like most people I had to find all of this out the hard way trying to stretch the product to last longer especially with two of us using it. In my experience, it has done all that it promised but only by using it exactly as directed and it gets better the more you use it.
The only reason I didn’t give it all of the stars is the expense. I get that products like this are going to be more than grocery store brand shampoos and I expected to pay more when I was on my quest to find a hair cleanser that didn’t contain dangerous ingredients like are contained in almost all shampoos. Being an real old hippie that has stuck to my beliefs that not only are we what we put in our body but indirectly what we put on our bodies as our skin is our largest organ. It does distress me that the products are contained in plastics, which by now we all know leach chemicals into whatever is in the bottles and then right into or onto our bodies. But glass in the shower won’t work either. The price is why I am having to quit using it in this economy. It saddens me but many of us are having to make sacrifices now days. I hope when things improve that we will be able to return to it.
I urge those of you who were displeased with your first tries with it to get it from a place like I did where you can return it with no questions asked so if you still don’t like it you can return it without a hassle. Also ask you to carefully research the ingredients of your current shampoos/conditioners/etc., and see what you are putting on your body and worse yet that of your families, most especially your children. Hope this helped someone understand that it has to be used exactly as Chaz has written his instructions. May we all find that beautiful hair we desire!

FAB-U-LOUS If you are a doubter–stop doubting. This stuff is amazing. I relax my hair (phyto-relaxer) and highlight. I have the driest hair on the planet then add the Miami Beach heat and humidity. I should be a walking hair scare. I am not! I use it at home between salon visits. I keep a bottle at the salon with my name on it. My stylist has converted a few of his customers, too!! Try this stuff it is well worth every penny. I have not used real shampoo in a year.

I’ve only tried the Fig Cleanser as directed and after using it, my hair felt and still feels unusually soft. Even with obstacles such as it’s time for a retouch and hard water (my water filter on my shower head broke the week before), I still have a noticable change in the feel and look of my hair.

I have very thick, coarse, frizzy hair and I also have a really bad flaky scalp and this worked well for my scalp. Because of my scalp I tend to use 2-3 different shampoos (1-2 for my scalp and 1 for my hair) and then a conditioner. Just being able to use the Cleansing Conditioner saved me tons of time in the shower! Apart from the way my hair looks and feels; the amount of time it saves me is great!

Sorry to be so wordy, but I was looking for feedback from others with hair like mine prior to purchasing this product, and I only found 1 review that I could relate to. I think this is a great product and I will definitely continue to use it as long as my pockets hold up

Best ever shampoo I colour my hair, wear it long (mid back) and have struggled with split ends for years. Every time I managed to get it to grow another inch, I had to have that inch cut off because of the split ends.

I have been using this version of Wen for 3 months now, starting just after my hair was trimmed. It has been a pleasure to use and my hair is in gleaming, soft, healthy condition, but the thing that has prompted me to write this review is the fact that I can’t find any split ends. None. All the ends that were cut by the hairdresser, 3 months ago, are as neat as the day I walked out of the salon. And believe me, I have just spent a good 10 minutes looking.

WEN Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner I have been using the WEN Cleansing Conditioner for over a year on my fine color treated hair and I’m extrememly happy with the results. It does take some getting used to ( believing you can get your hair and scalp clean without “suds’) but the results will prove to you it works. I even use it on my grandchildren.

Change of heart I’ve used 3 different Wen products over the last 3 months and I’ve been very satisfied with the condition of my hair. I have long straight hair and it gets oily after just one day so I wash my hair every day. I need something that will clean my hair at the roots and won’t dry out the ends. When trying the Tea Tree for the first time, I was unhappy with the scent (smelled like tires) I put it away until I ran out of my other scents (Lavender and Sweet Almond Mint). When I used it again, I found it gave me better results, more moisturizing, less fly-away hair, was clean at the roots and the smell didn’t stay after my hair dried. I guess you just get used to it. Now Tea Tree is my favorite.

Almost perfect for my hair I had ordered the three pack of different cleansing conditioners. Of the three (lavender, tea tree and fig), the fig worked the best on my hair. Unfortunately when I ordered this one, I couldn’t remember whether it was the fig or tea tree that worked best. This one is great, but for my coarse, curly hair, I think the fig works best. Wen is a great product and I intend to continue to use it.

I LOVE WEN When i bought this i was nervous…hoping for the best and hoping i didnt waste my money. I have very very overprocessed hair that i heat style everyday…curling irons, blowdryers, flat irons..you name it. The 1st time i used it i was pretty happy. I used it exactly how the instructions in the booklet says to and then added only one pump of it as a leave in and 2 pumps as a styling cream. I blowdried my hair with a round brush as usual and when i was finished i had light, VERY clean hair…almost too clean; it seemed just a little dry. Later i went out to lunch with my mom and she asked me if i had gotten a trim and my hair looked great…NOW I WAS REALLY STARTING TO LIKE THIS STUFF! That night i got in the shower and followed the directions exactly except i didnt rinse it out. I left it on all night. My scalp felt so tingly and cool all night. In the morning i got in the shower again rinsed a bit and then added about half the amount of pumped to make sure it got clean and i used 2 pumps of the leave in onditioner and 4 pumps of the styling cream. I blowdried my hair and….WOW! My hair is the shiniest it has ever been, and it took half the time to blowdry. It has so much volume and it is light and clean. I cant beleive how awesome this stuff is. And this is after only 2 days. I cant wait to see what it will do to my hair in 2 weeks, 2months, etc. Its so soft. I cant stop touching it. I didnt like the scent at first…it seemed kinda mediciny, but now i have gotten used to it and i kind of like it. But the results are so good i would use this if it smelled like sulfur. Buy this product. Its amazing.

Best Shampoo Ever! This shampoo is the best product out there. When I was a “young kid” I only had to wash, and air dry and go. My hair would look great! I used to get compliments all the time. Now, I need help. I color my hair and even few colorings will damage. Wen shampoo is the ONLY thing that keeps my hair looking great. I actually get compliments now as an “older kid” it’s shiny, soft, silky, and like the maker of this product says it does not strip hair of its natural oils. My hair is saved!
